These terms govern your use of the Index World MCP Bridge (the "Service"), operated by Index World at
mcp.indexworld.net. By creating an account or connecting a business system, you agree to
them.
The Service acts as a bridge. It takes requests from an AI assistant you connect, and passes them to a business system you own — an Odoo instance or a QuickBooks Online company — using credentials you supply and permissions you set. It returns the results to that assistant.
You are responsible for keeping your password and your connection URLs secret. A connection URL grants access to whatever that connection permits; treat it as a credential. If you believe one has been exposed, rotate it from your dashboard.
You may only connect systems you are authorised to connect. You choose what each connection is allowed to do; connections are read-only until you grant more. You are responsible for the consequences of the permissions you grant and of the instructions you give your assistant.
We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and changes by the systems we connect to can all interrupt it.
We may change the Service and these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
You may stop at any time by deleting your connections and account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where required to protect the Service or other customers.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, or that results returned through it will be accurate or complete. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Index World is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, nor for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from use of the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
